Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Accepting new patientsI specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychosis, while also supporting individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, and behavioral concerns such as ODD and DMDD, along with ADHD and autism (previously diagnosed) in children and adolescents. I work with professionals in high-stress careers, overachievers facing burnout, individuals from underserved and disadvantaged communities, and those navigating the everyday challenges of life. Whether you are seeking support for a specific condition or simply looking to regain balance and confidence, I am committed to helping you move forward with compassion.
I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported, regardless of background, life experience, or current challenge. My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful, lasting change through careful medication management and supportive therapy.
You are not alone. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including health care professionals, first responders, lawyers, pilots, engineers, teachers, single mothers, those who are disadvantaged or low-income, and LGBTQ+ clients, with kindness and respect. If you’re ready to feel seen, supported, and empowered, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I completed my graduate education at Walden University in 2022, with clinical training in the Duke University hospital system, and I’ve worked in mental health since 2017.
My clinical focus has always been the clinically complex: serious mental illness, and the underserved and disadvantaged communities that too often go without specialized care. I bring several years of crisis-intervention experience as a lead provider in a behavioral health urgent care, and I hold admitting and rounding privileges at a hospital near the practice, so your care stays connected even through the hardest moments.
